Petr Fulín is bound for a second consecutive title.

Krenek Motorsport’s Petr Fulín is only twelve points away from claiming a second consecutive title in the S2000 TC2 for 2-litre normally aspirated cars.
In the four events held so far, the Czech driver has collected five victories out of eight races, finishing twice second and once third in the remaining three races. With these results he easily outscored his team-mate and fellow countryman Michal Matějovský who has scored one victory at the Salzburgring.
The only drivers able to beat the Krenek duo were Norbert Kiss, who drove his Alfa Romeo 156 to a brilliant victory at the Slovakia Ring, and Christian Fischer, who won the second race in Austria in his Liqui Moly Team Engstler’s BMW 320si.
With Fulín a nearly uncatchable leader, the fight for the other podium positions in the class is still quite close. Matějovský has a ten-point margin ahead of third-placed Peter Rikli (Rikli Motorsport Honda Civic), while Fischer lies a further twelve points adrift.
